Andrew took my listing after several Realtors failed to sell my house. He assessed it with great detail, laid out a marketing plan, recommended upgrades that would help it sell, and took initiatives to even contact the appropriate parties on his own. As soon as the house went on market, I had an offer the same weekend. Andrew did a great job throughout and kept me informed of any changes on a constant-basis, either via text or voice.
